Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Exemption) 2017
(Amendment) (No. 5) Order 2022.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 23 September 2022.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in Part I of the Schedule, in relation to item 67, in column (2), in paragraph (vi), by substituting for the words “Repsol Oil & Gas Malaysia Limited.” the words
“Hibiscus Oil & Gas Malaysia Limited”.
