  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Amendment)

Order 2022.

This Order comes into operation on 1 July 2022.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Customs Duties Order 2022 [P.U. (A) 114/2022] is amended in the

First Schedule—

(a)

in relation to subheadings 3506.91.10 00, 8414.59.10 00, 9504.30.40 00

and 9504.50.90 00, in column (5), by substituting for the words “7%”

the words “0%”;
