Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Amendment) (No. 2)

Order 2015.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 11 June 2015.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Customs Duties Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 275/2012] is amended in the First

Schedule in column 4, in relation to subheadings 8429.51 000, 8430.41 000 and 8431.43 000, by substituting for the words “10%” the words “5%”.
