Perintah Fi (Pasport dan Visa) 1967 [P.U. 189/1967] bagi maksud penggantian

Pasport Malaysia diremitkan sepenuhnya berkenaan dengan mana-mana orang yang

Pasport Malaysianya hilang atau rosak disebabkan oleh bencana banjir tertakluk kepada syarat yang dinyatakan dalam perenggan 3.

Syarat peremitan fi

Peremitan fi di bawah perenggan 2 hendaklah terpakai bagi bencana banjir yang berlaku dalam tempoh 1 Januari 2022 hingga 31 Disember 2026 dan permohonan bagi penggantian Pasport Malaysia dibuat dalam tempoh itu.

FEES (PASSPORTS AND VISAS) (REMISSION OF FEES) ORDER 2022

Opening note

Preamble

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Fees (Passports and Visas) (Remission of Fees) Order 2022. Remission of fees 2. The fees payable under paragraph 2 in relation to subitem I(d) of the Fees (Passports and Visas) Order 1967 [P.U. 189/1967] for the purpose of replacement of a Malaysia Passport are remitted in full in respect of any person whose Malaysia Passport is lost or damaged due to flood disaster subject to the conditions specified in paragraph 3. Conditions of remission of fees 3. The remission of fees under paragraph 2 shall apply to flood disaster which occurs within the period of 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2026 and the application for the replacement of a Malaysia Passport is made within such period.
