Bagi maksud Jadual ini, “program televisyen bagi siaran terhad” ertinya suatu program televisyen yang disiarkan secara berulang kali di dalam suatu bangunan, premis atau pengangkutan awam.

2.

Fi yang dikenakan bagi pembekalan program televisyen adalah seperti yang berikut:

FEES (TELEVISION PROGRAMME)

(DEPARTMENT OF BROADCASTING MALAYSIA) ORDER 2022

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 10 of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Fees (Television Programme)

(Department of Broadcasting Malaysia) Order 2022.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 March 2022.

Interpretation 2.

In this Order, “Director General” means the Director General of the

Department of Broadcasting Malaysia.

Fees and payment 3.

(1)

The fees prescribed in columns (2) and (3) of the Schedule shall be paid to the Director General for the supply of television programme in accordance with the categories specified in column (1) and shall be charged by the hour for each broadcast of the television programme.

(2)

The fees prescribed in column (4) of the Schedule shall be paid to the Director General for the supply of television programme in accordance with the categories specified in column (1) and shall be charged by the hour for each television programme.

Remission 4.

The Director General may remit the fees prescribed under this Order either wholly or in part or generally or in any particular case or class of cases.

[Paragraph 3]

1.

For the purposes of this Schedule, “television programme for limited broadcast”

means a television programme which is broadcasted repeatedly in a building, premise or public transport.

2.

The fees to be charged for the supply of the television programme are as follows:
