NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987

[Act 333], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the National Speed Limit (Amendment)

Order 2015.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 February 2015.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The National Speed Limit Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 18/1989], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the Schedule by substituting for item 16 the following item:
