Perintah Had Laju Kebangsaan 1989 [P.U. (A) 18/1989], yang disebut
“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual dengan menggantikan butiran 17 dengan butiran yang berikut:
“17. Bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Lebuh Raya Pantai Timur–Fasa 2
yang bermula dari kilometer 250.620 di koordinat U+88993.651000,
T+245032.711000 Grid Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geosentrik
(GDM 2000) dan berakhir di kilometer 433.977 di koordinat
U+243442.227735, T+213048.376897 Grid RSO Geosentrik (GDM 2000), termasuklah Persimpangan Bertingkat Cheneh, Persimpangan Bertingkat

ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987
NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2015
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(1) of the Road Transport
Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the National Speed Limit (Amendment)
(No. 2) Order 2015.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 12 February 2015.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The National Speed Limit Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 18/1989], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the Schedule by substituting for item 17 the following item:
“17.
The part of the road known as the East Coast Expressway–Phase 2
commencing from kilometre 250.620 at coordinates N+88993.651000,
E+245032.711000 Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric
(GDM 2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 433.977 at coordinates
N+243442.227735, E+213048.376897 (RSO) Geocentric (GDM 2000)
Grid, including the Cheneh Interchange, Cukai Interchange, Kijal
Interchange, Kertih Interchange, Paka Interchange, Kuala Dungun
Interchange, Bukit Besi Interchange, Ajil Interchange, Telemung
Interchange, Kuala Terengganu Interchange and its link roads.”.
