SPEED LIMIT (SUNGAI BESI-ULU KELANG ELEVATED EXPRESSWAY) ORDER 2022
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(2)
of the
Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Speed Limit (Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang
Elevated Expressway) Order 2022.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 16 September 2022.
Prohibition 2.
(1)
The driving of motor vehicles at a speed greater than the speed specified in column (2) of the First Schedule on the road specified in column (1) of the
First Schedule is prohibited.
(2)
The road with speed limit specified in subparagraph (1) is shown on
Map 1, Map 2, Map 3, Map 4, Map 5 (PART A), Map 5 (PART B), Map 6, Map 7, Map 8,
Map 9, Map 10, Map 11, Map 12 and Map 13 in the Second Schedule.
