PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 69(2) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Had Laju Tempatan

(Jalan Persekutuan) (Larangan Masa Tertentu) 2025.

Perintah ini berkuat kuasa mulai 28 Januari 2025 hingga 2 Februari 2025.

Pemanduan kenderaan motor dengan kelajuan yang lebih daripada lapan puluh kilometer sejam atas semua jalan Persekutuan di Malaysia, selain jalan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Pertama kepada Perintah Had Laju Tempatan

LOCAL SPEED LIMIT (FEDERAL ROADS) (SPECIFIED TIME PROHIBITION) ORDER 2025

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(2) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Local Speed Limit (Federal Roads)

(Specified Time Prohibition) Order 2025.

(2)

This Order has effect from 28 January 2025 to 2 February 2025.

Prohibition 2.

The driving of motor vehicles at a speed greater than eighty kilometres per hour over all Federal roads in Malaysia, other than the roads specified in the First Schedule to the Local Speed Limit (Federal Roads) (West Malaysia) Order 1992 [P.U. (A) 462/1991], is prohibited.
