IMMIGRATION (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2022

Suggest a correction
  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 55 of the Immigration Act 1959/63 [Act 155], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Immigration (Exemption) Order 2022.

This Order has effect for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022.

Exemption 2.

The Minister exempts a holder of a valid Pass referred to in paragraph 6(1)(c)

of the Act from the application of section 32 of the Act in relation to any Visit Pass which has expired provided that an application for the Visit Pass has been made before 31

December 2021

and pending approval under the Immigration Regulations 1963 [L.N. 228/1963].
