Industri Biobahan Api Malaysia (Sumber Pengeluaran, Adunan dan Aktiviti yang
Dibenarkan) 2022 [P.U. (A) 363/2022] berhubung dengan kehendak pengadunan biobahan api dengan bahan api.

Pengecualian yang diberikan di bawah subperenggan (1) adalah tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa kuantiti bahan api (diesel) yang dikeluarkan tidak boleh melebihi 3,750,000 liter sehari.

MALAYSIAN BIOFUEL INDUSTRY (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 53(1) of the Malaysian Biofuel Industry Act 2007 [Act 666], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Malaysian Biofuel Industry (Exemption)
Order 2025.
(2)
This Order has effect for the period from 10 November 2025
to 12 November 2025.
Exemption 2.
(1)
The Minister exempts PS Pipeline Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration
Number: 414140-H) from the application of subregulation 3(1) of the Malaysian Biofuel
Industry (Source of Production, Blend and Permitted Activities) Regulations 2022
[P.U. (A) 363/2022] in relation to the requirement of blending biofuel with any fuel.

The exemption granted under subparagraph (1) is subject to the condition that the quantity of fuel (diesel) produced shall not exceed 3,750,000 litres per day.
