INSOLVENCY ACT 1967
INSOLVENCY (APPLICANT FOR REGISTRATION OF NOMINEE) ORDER 2025
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subparagraph 2G(1)(a)(iii)
of the Insolvency Act 1967 [Act 360], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Director General of Insolvency, makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Insolvency (Applicant for Registration of
Nominee) Order 2025.
Applicant for registration of nominee 2.
The persons named in the Schedule are prescribed as the applicants for the purposes of subparagraph 2G(1)(a)(iii) of the Act.
