FEDERAL ROADS (PRIVATE MANAGEMENT)(COLLECTION OF TOLLS)
(CHERAS–KAJANG HIGHWAY)(AMENDMENT) ORDER 2015
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2
of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (Cheras–Kajang Highway) (Amendment) Order 2015.
(2)
This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 1 July 2015.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Private Management)(Collection of Tolls)(Cheras–Kajang
Highway) Order 1999 [P.U. (A) 15/1999] is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following Schedule:
