- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

(Kajang−Seremban Highway) Order 2010 [P.U. (A) 61/2010], which is referred to as the
“principal Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 2(1) by deleting the words
“according to the concession years”.
Substitution of First Schedule 2.
The principal Order is amended by substituting the First Schedule the following

For the purpose of calculating the number of axles and wheels of a vehicle, the axles and wheels of any trailer towed by the vehicle shall be calculated as part of the axles and wheels of the vehicle.”.
