Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (Kajang-Seremban Highway) (Amendment) (No. 2)
Order 2022.

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2023.

(Kajang-Seremban Highway) Order 2016 [P.U. (A) 264/2016], which is referred to as the
“principal Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 2(1) by substituting for the words “7 May 2039” the words “8 May 2064”.
