Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (Kemuning Shah Alam Highway) (Amendment) Order 2015.

This Order comes into operation on 15 October 2015.

(Kemuning Shah Alam Highway) Order 2010 [P.U. (A) 163/2010], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 2(1) by deleting the words “according to the concession years,”.
Substitution of First Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following Schedule:
