PERINTAH JALAN-JALAN PERSEKUTUAN (PENGURUSAN PERSENDIRIAN) (PUNGUTAN TOL) (LEBUH RAYA KUALA LUMPUR-KARAK) (PINDAAN) 2015

(Lebuhraya Kuala Lumpur-Karak) 1994 [P.U. (A) 369/1994], yang disebut “Perintah ibu”

dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dengan menggantikan perenggan 2 dengan perenggan yang berikut:

“2. (1) ANIH Berhad diberi kuasa bagi tempoh mulai 6 Disember 2011

hingga 28 Julai 2032 untuk meminta, memungut dan menyimpan tol yang berkenaan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama bagi penggunaan ke mana-mana arah mana-mana bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Lebuh Raya

Kuala Lumpur-Karak yang bermula dari kilometer 19.2 di koordinat

U+7394.184, T+2025.955 Grid Cassini Negeri

Selangor dan berakhir di kilometer 79.2 di koordinat U-31560.704, T-46053.695 Grid Cassini Negeri

Pahang termasuklah Plaza Tol Masuk/Keluar Gombak, Jalan Susur ke Genting,

Terowong Genting Sempah, Persimpangan Bertingkat Genting Sempah,

Persimpangan Bertingkat Bukit Tinggi, Plaza Tol Masuk/Keluar Bentong,

Persimpangan Bentong Barat, Persimpangan Bertingkat Bentong Timur dan jalan-jalan sambungannya, iaitu suatu jarak sepanjang 60.0 kilometer oleh kelas kenderaan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama.

Perintah ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan subperenggan (1) dengan subperenggan yang berikut:

Tol yang disebut dalam subperenggan 2(1) hendaklah kena dibayar oleh pemandu kenderaan sebelum memasuki Plaza Tol Masuk/Keluar

Gombak yang terletak di kilometer 19.9 di koordinat U+7519.480, T+2730.910

Grid Cassini Negeri Selangor dan Plaza Tol Bentong yang terletak di kilometer 61.8 di koordinat U-26629.020, T-58843.560 Grid Cassini Negeri

Pahang di Lebuh Raya Kuala Lumpur-Karak, semua jarak diukur dari kilometer 0.00 Lebuh Raya Kuala Lumpur-Karak.”.

FEDERAL ROADS (PRIVATE MANAGEMENT) (COLLECTION OF TOLLS)

(KUALA LUMPUR-KARAK HIGHWAY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private

Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)

(Collection of Tolls) (Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway) (Amendment) Order 2015.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 6 December 2011.

Substitution of paragraph 2 2.

(Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway) Order 1994 [P.U. (A) 369/1994], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended by substituting for paragraph 2 the following paragraph:

“2.

(1)

ANIH Berhad is authorized for the period from 6 December 2011

to 28 July 2032 to demand, collect and retain the appropriate tolls specified in column (2) of the First Schedule for the use in either direction of any part of the road known as the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway commences from kilometre 19.2 at coordinates N+7394.184, E+2025.955 of the State of Selangor

Cassini Grid and ends at kilometre 79.2 at coordinates N-31560.704,

E-46053.695 of the State of Pahang Cassini Grid including the Gombak

Entry/Exit Toll Plaza, Genting Slip Road, Genting Sempah Tunnel, Genting

Sempah Interchange, Bukit Tinggi Interchange, Bentong Entry/Exit Toll Plaza,

Bentong Barat Junction, Bentong Timur Interchange and its link roads, being a distance of 60.0 kilometres by the classes of vehicles specified in column (2) of the First Schedule.

The roads specified in subparagraph (1) for the use of which tolls are authorized to be demanded, collected and retained are shown on the map in the Second Schedule.”.

Amendment of paragraph 3 3.

Paragraph 3 of the principal Order is amended by substituting for subparagraph (1) the following subparagraph:

“(1) The tolls referred to in subparagraph 2(1) shall be payable by the driver of a vehicle before entering the Gombak Entry/Exit Toll Plaza situated at kilometre 19.9 at coordinates N+7519.480, E+2730.910 of the State of Selangor

Cassini Grid and Bentong Toll Plaza situated at kilometre 61.8 at coordinates

Substitution of First and Second Schedules 4.

The principal Order is amended by substituting for the First and Second
