“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam subperenggan 2(1) dengan menggantikan perkataan “31 Disember 2013” dengan perkataan “4 Februari 2028”.

(BUTTERWORTH OUTER RING ROAD) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2015

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)

(Collection of Tolls) (Butterworth Outer Ring Road) (Amendment) Order 2015.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2014.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The Federal Roads (Private Management) (Collection of Tolls) (Butterworth

Outer Ring Road) Order 2007 [P.U. (A) 12/2007], which is referred to as the “principal

Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 2(1) by substituting for the words

“31 December 2013” the words “4 February 2028”.

Amendment of First Schedule 3.

The principal Order is amended in the First Schedule by inserting after the words “RATES OF TOLLS” the words “FOR THE PERIOD FROM 1 JANUARY 2014 TO

31 JULY 2015”.
