(BUTTERWORTH OUTER RING ROAD) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) ORDER 2015
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads
(Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (Butterworth Outer Ring Road) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2015.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 September 2015.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Private Management) (Collection of Tolls) (Butterworth
Outer Ring Road) Order 2007 [P.U. (A) 12/2007] is amended in the First Schedule by substituting for the words “31 AUGUST 2015” the words “31 DECEMBER 2015”.
