(NEW NORTH KLANG STRAITS BYPASS EXPRESSWAY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2025

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads

(Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)

(Collection of Tolls) (New North Klang Straits Bypass Expressway) (Amendment)

Order 2025.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 31 August 2025.

is amended in the Third Schedule by inserting after item 8 the following item:

“9.

Any

Government vehicle bearing the official emblem of the

Road Transport Department affixed on the left and right sides of the vehicle’s body, and permanently affixed with a special warning lamp emitting a blue flashing light on the roof of the vehicle, for the purpose of conducting enforcement duties.”.
