Semua kenderaan yang dimiliki oleh Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia.

8.

Mana-mana kenderaan Kerajaan yang mempunyai lambang rasmi

Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan yang dilekatkan pada bahagian kiri dan kanan badan kenderaan itu, dan dilekatkan secara kekal dengan lampu amaran khas yang memancarkan cahaya berkelip biru pada bumbung kenderaan itu, bagi maksud menjalankan tugas penguatkuasaan.”.

FEDERAL ROADS (PRIVATE MANAGEMENT) (COLLECTION OF TOLLS)

(JITRA-SUNGAI DUA (BUTTERWORTH) EXPRESSWAY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2025

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads

(Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)

(Collection of Tolls) (Jitra-Sungai Dua (Butterworth) Expressway) (Amendment)

Order 2025.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 31 August 2025.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule 2.

The

(Collection of

Tolls)

(Jitra–Sungai Dua (Butterworth) Expressway) Order 1993 [P.U. (A) 229/1993]

is amended in the Fourth Schedule by inserting after item 6 the following items:

“7.

All vehicles belonging to the Highway Authority Malaysia.

8.

Any

Government vehicle bearing the official emblem of the

Road Transport Department affixed on the left and right sides of the vehicle’s body, and permanently affixed with a special warning lamp emitting a blue flashing light on the roof of the vehicle, for the purpose of conducting enforcement duties.”.
