Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2025.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 3 February 2025.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989]

is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur—

(a)

by inserting after item 54 the following item:

“55. (Route 3): Al-Sultan Abdullah Road

Starting from Agro Bazar Pekan at coordinates N 3.379828,

E 103.421561 and ending at Sg. Air Hitam Bridge at coordinates

N 3.490383, E 103.398889 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 37: AL-SULTAN

ABDULLAH ROAD (a distance of 14.705 km).”; and

(b)

by inserting after MAP 36: PALONG MAIN ROAD the following map:
