Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Malaysia Barat) 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] dipinda dalam Jadual Ketiga di bawah kepala “Pulau Pinang”—
(a)
dengan menggantikan butiran 1 dengan butiran yang berikut:
“1.
(Laluan 280): Jalan Masuk ke Stesen VHF Bukit Bendera
Dari Bukit Bendera di koordinat U 5.425011, T 100.268787
dan berakhir di koordinat U 5.425405, T 100.251 sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam Peta 3: Jalan Masuk ke Stesen VHF
Bukit Bendera (jarak sepanjang 4.45 km).”;

dengan menggantikan butiran 3 dengan butiran yang berikut:
“3.
(Laluan 281): Jalan Tun Dr. Awang
Dari persimpangannya dengan Laluan 6, di koordinat
U 5.331929, T 100.293847 dan berakhir di persimpangan dengan Laluan 6, di koordinat U 5.298275, T 100.266903

FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 4) ORDER 2015
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pulau Pinang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)
(Amendment) (No. 4) Order 2015.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 21 September 2015.
Amendment of Third Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the Third Schedule under the heading “Pulau Pinang”—
(a)
by substituting for item 1 the following item:
“1.
(Route 280): Access Road To Station VHF Bukit Bendera
From Bukit Bendera at coordinates N 5.425011, E 100.268787
and ending at coordinates N 5.425405, E 100.251 as shown on the Map 3: Access Road to Station VHF Bukit Bendera
(a distance of 4.45 km).”;
(b)
by substituting for item 3 the following item:
P.U. (A) 213 6
“3.
(Route 281): Tun Dr. Awang Road
From its junction with Route 6 at coordinates N 5.331929,
E 100.293847 and ending at junction with Route 6 at coordinates N 5.298275, E 100.266903 as shown on the Map 4: Tun Dr. Awang Road (a distance of 5.56 km).”; and
(c)
by inserting after the MAP 2: JALAN TRANKRIAN the following maps:
