FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (BANDAR AINSDALE INTERCHANGE) ORDER 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of

Negeri Sembilan, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Bandar Ainsdale

Interchange) Order 2015.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 10 July 2015.

Declaration of road to be Federal road 2.

(1)

The part of the road known as the Bandar Ainsdale Interchange which is a part of the North South Expressway commencing at kilometre 267.160 at coordinates

N 101875.018, E 93966.358 of the Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric

(GDM 2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 268.470 at coordinates N 102407.818,

E 92721.886 of the RSO Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid of the North South Expressway, both distances are measured from kilometre 0.0 of the North South Expressway at the

Johore Bahru Interchange, including the Bandar Ainsdale Entry/Exit Toll Plaza and its link road and ending at coordinates N 100607.272, E 93853.041 of the RSO Geocentric

(GDM 2000) Grid, is declared to be a Federal road.

The road declared to be a Federal road under subparagraph (1) is shown on the map in the Schedule.
