- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Sabah, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Sabah) 1996 [P.U. (A) 366/1996], yang disebut
“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama dengan memasukkan selepas butiran (h) butiran yang berikut:
“(i)
(Laluan 1): Persimpangan Jalan Papar Spur-Donggongon
Bermula di koordinat U 5.699067, T 115.937600 dan berakhir di koordinat U 5.714048, T 116.011166 termasuk jalan sambungannya di dalam sempadan hak lalu-lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam
PETA 3: PERSIMPANGAN JALAN PAPAR SPUR-DONGGONGON.
Jarak sepanjang 11.388 kilometer.

(Laluan 1): Jalan Pintasan Lahad Datu
Bermula di koordinat U 5.009677, T 118.253538 dan berakhir di koordinat U 5.058925, T 118.277857 termasuk jalan sambungannya di dalam sempadan hak lalu-lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam
PETA 4: JALAN PINTASAN LAHAD DATU.

Jarak sepanjang 10.818 kilometer.”.

FEDERAL ROADS (SABAH) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Sabah, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 26 March 2025.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Sabah) Order 1996 [P.U. (A) 366/1996] which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule by Inserting after item (h) the following items:
“(i)
(Route 1): Junction of Papar Spur-Donggongon Road
Starting at coordinates N 5.699067, E 115.937600 and ending at coordinates N 5.714048, E 116.011166 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 3: JUNCTION OF PAPAR
SPUR-DONGGONGON ROAD.
A distance of 11.388 kilometres.

(Route 1): Lahad Datu Bypass
Starting at coordinates N 5.009677, E 118.253538 and ending at coordinates N 5.058925, E 118.277857 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 4: LAHAD DATU BYPASS.

Amendment of Third Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended in the Third Schedule by inserting after
MAP 2: KOTA KINABALU-KENINGAU-TENOM ROAD the following maps:
