“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama di bawah kepala LEBUHRAYA PAN BORNEO, dengan memasukkan selepas butiran (jq)
butiran yang berikut:

(Laluan 1): Jambatan Sungai Buluh-Jambatan Sungai Arip
Bermula di koordinat U 2.561851, T 112.447681 dan berakhir di koordinat U 2.727114, T 112.668613 termasuk jalan sambungannya di dalam sempadan hak lalu-lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam PETA JAMBATAN SUNGAI BULUH-JAMBATAN SUNGAI ARIP
(jarak sepanjang 38.583 km).”.

FEDERAL ROADS (SARAWAK) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Sarawak, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Sarawak) (Amendment)
Order 2025.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 10 February 2025.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Sarawak) Order 1996 [P.U. (A) 551/1996], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of PAN BORNEO HIGHWAY, by inserting after item (jq)
the following item:
“(jr)
(Route 1): Sungai Buluh Bridge-Sungai Arip Bridge
Starting at coordinates N 2.561851, E 112.447681 and ending at coordinates N 2.727114, E 112.668613 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on

SUNGAI

BRIDGE-SUNGAI
ARIP
BRIDGE
(a distance of 38.583 km).”.
Amendment of Third Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended in the Third Schedule by inserting after
MAP OF SUNGAI ARIP BRIDGE-TATAU TOWN the following map:
