- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Terengganu, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Skim Felda) 1991 [P.U. (A) 449/1991], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama di bawah kepala Negeri Terengganu—
(i)
dalam ruang Nombor Laluan Bagi Jalan Masuk, dengan menggantikan perkataan “—” dengan perkataan “1708”;
(ii)
dalam ruang Jalan Masuk (km), dengan menggantikan perkataan
“—” dengan perkataan “1.145”; dan
(ii)
dalam ruang Jalan Kampung (km), dengan menggantikan perkataan “11.27” dengan perkataan “7.717”;

FEDERAL ROADS (FELDA SCHEME) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 4) ORDER 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Terengganu, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Felda Scheme)
(Amendment) (No . 4) Order 2025.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 30 October 2025.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Felda Scheme) Order 1991 [P.U. (A) 449/1991], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of State of Terengganu—
(i)
in column Route Number for Approach Roads, by substituting for the word “—" the word “1708”;
(ii)
in column Approach Roads (km), by substituting for the word “—"
the word “1.145”; and
(ii)
in column Village Roads (km), by substituting for the word “11.27”
the word “7.717”;

(ii)
in column Village Roads (km), by substituting for the word “10.48”

(c)

The principal Order is amended in the Second Schedule by inserting after
