Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) (No. 2)
Order 2021 (Amendment) Order 2025.
(2)
This Order has effect for the period from 5 February 2025
to 24 December 2026.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) (No. 2) Order 2021 [P.U. (A) 469/2021]
is amended in the Schedule, in column (5)—
(b)
by substituting for the words “2.09%” the words “3.12%”.
