Suggest a correction
  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Exports)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2015.

This Order comes into operation on 1 November 2015.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 491/2012] is amended in the Second Schedule by inserting after item 26 and the particulars relating to it the following item:
