Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)
(Amendment) Order 2015.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 2 February 2015.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 490/2012] is amended in the Second Schedule
(a)
in Part I, by inserting after item 9 and the particulars relating to it the following item:
