Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 10 Januari 2022.

Pindaan Jadual Keempat

berhubung dengan butiran 4, dalam ruang (5), dengan menggantikan subperenggan (ii)(b) dan

masing-masing dengan perenggan yang berikut:

“(b) MS marking and certificate issued by standards organization or certification body which is recognized or approved by the

Department of Standard Malaysia; and

a letter of approval issued by Road Transport Department”;

berhubung dengan butiran 5—

CUSTOMS ACT 1967

CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF IMPORTS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2022

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)

(Amendment) Order 2022.

This Order comes into operation on 10 January 2022.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule 2.

The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 103/2017], is amended in the Fourth Schedule, in Part II—

in relation to item 4, in column

, by substituting for subparagraphs (ii)(b) and (c) respectively the following paragraphs:

“(b) MS marking and certificate issued by standards organization or certification body which is recognized or approved by the

Department of Standard Malaysia; and

a letter of approval issued by Road Transport Department”;

in relation to item 5—

in column (2) by inserting after subitem (5) and the particulars relating to it in column (3) the following subitem and particulars:
