CUSTOMS ACT 1967

CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF IMPORTS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 4) ORDER 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1)

of the

Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)

(Amendment) (No. 4) Order 2015.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 October 2015.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 490/2012], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in Part II of the Second Schedule in relation to subitem 4(1) in column (3) under the heading

“Chapter/Heading/Subheading”

by inserting after the words

Amendment of Fourth Schedule 3.
