(DETERMINATION OF MAXIMUM PRICE) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2022
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 [Act 723], the Controller, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering
(Determination of Maximum Price) (Amendment) Order 2022.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 20 May 2022.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The Price Control and Anti-Profiteering (Determination of Maximum Price)
Order 2022 [P.U. (A) 10/2022] which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the English language text by substituting for the words “Drug Authority
Control” the words “Drug Control Authority”.
Amendment of Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended in the Schedule by substituting for item 2 and the particulars relating to it the following item:
