IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 122AB of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong acting on the advice of the Prime Minster, after consulting the Chief Judge of the Federal Court, appoints the persons named in the Schedule to be Judicial Commissioners for a period of two years with effect from 4 February 2022.
