CYBER SECURITY (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2025

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Cyber Security Act 2024 [Act 854], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Cyber Security (Exemption) Order 2025.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 February 2025.

Exemption 2.

The Minister exempts the following persons from all of the provisions of the Act:

(a)
