Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 4 Akta Pasport 1966 [Akta 150], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama, permulaan kuat kuasa dan ketidakpakaian

Seksyen 1

(1)

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pasport (Visa kepada

Pelancong daripada Republik China (Taiwan)) (Pengecualian) 2015.

(2)

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 15 September 2015.

(3)

Perintah ini tidak terpakai kepada warganegara Republik China (Taiwan)

yang merupakan pemegang Pasport Diplomatik atau Pasport Rasmi.

Tafsiran

Seksyen 2

Dalam Perintah ini, “negara ketiga” ertinya negara yang mempunyai pintu masuk ke Republik China (Taiwan).

Seksyen 3

Pengecualian

Republik China (Taiwan) daripada keperluan visa yang dikehendaki di bawah subseksyen 2(1) Akta tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat yang berikut:

(a)

tempoh Pas Lawatan Sosial hanya terhad kepada tiga puluh hari sahaja bagi setiap kemasukan tanpa apa-apa pelanjutan tempoh;

(b)

masuk dan keluar dari Malaysia hanya melalui pintu masuk seperti yang berikut:

(i)

melalui udara

U21A Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur,

Sepang;

U05 Lapangan Terbang Pulau Pinang, Bayan Lepas,

Pulau Pinang;

(C)

U15 Lapangan Terbang Sultan Ismail, Johor Bahru, Johor;

(D)

U17 Lapangan Terbang Kuching, Bahagian Pertama,

Sarawak;

(E)

U29 Lapangan Terbang Kota Kinabalu, Sabah; atau

(F)

U02 Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Pulau Langkawi,

Kedah; atau

(ii)

me a ui arat

D11 Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, Johor; atau

D12A Pos Kawalan Imigresen Kompleks Sultan Abu Bakar,

Tanjung Kupang, Johor; dan

(c)

mengemukakan tiket penerbangan balik ke Republik China (Taiwan) atau negara ketiga.

PASSPORT (VISA TO TOURIST FROM THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA (TAIWAN))

(EXEMPTION) ORDER 2015

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Passport Act 1966 [Act 150], the Minister makes the following order: Citation, commencement and non-application 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Passport (Visa to Tourist from the

Republic of China (Taiwan)) (Exemption) Order 2015.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 September 2015.

(3)

This Order shall not apply to a citizen of the Republic of China (Taiwan)

who is a holder of a Diplomatic Passport or Official Passport.

Interpretation 2.

In this Order, “thir country” means a country with an entry point to the

Republic of China (Taiwan).

Exemption 3.

The Minister exempts all tourists who are citizens of the Republic of China

(Taiwan) from the requirement of visa required under subsection 2(1) of the Act subject to the following conditions:

(a)

the period of Social Visit Pass shall only be limited to thirty days for each entry without any extension of period;

(b)

enter and exit from Malaysia only through authorized points of entry as follows:

(i)

y air

U21A Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Sepang;

U05 Pulau Pinang Airport, Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang;

(C)

U15 Sultan Ismail Airport, Johor Bahru, Johore;

(D)

U17 Kuching Airport, 1st Division, Sarawak;

(E)

U29 Kota Kinabalu Airport, Sabah; or

(F)

U02 Langkawi International Airport, Kedah; or

(ii)

y an

D11 Sultan Iskandar Building, Johore; or

D12A Immigration Control Post at Complex Sultan Abu

Bakar, Tanjung Kupang, Johore; and

(c)

produce a return flight ticket to the Republic of China (Taiwan) or a third country.
