Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 4 Akta Pasport 1966 [Akta 150], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Menteri mengecualikan semua pelancong yang merupakan warganegara
Republik Rakyat China daripada keperluan visa yang dikehendaki di bawah subseksyen 2(1) Akta tertakluk kepada syarat yang berikut:
(a)
pelancong hendaklah didaftarkan melalui Sistem Pendaftaran Pelancong
Berkumpulan oleh agensi pelancongan di Republik Rakyat China yang berdaftar dengan Pejabat Perwakilan Malaysia di Republik Rakyat China;
(b)
pelancong hendaklah memasuki Malaysia dengan kumpulan pelancong yang mengandungi tidak kurang daripada dua puluh orang dan melalui agensi pelancongan yang berdaftar dengan Kementerian Pelancongan dan
Kebudayaan Malaysia;
(c)
tempoh Pas Lawatan Sosial hanya terhad kepada lima belas hari sahaja bagi setiap kemasukan tanpa apa-apa pelanjutan tempoh;

(d)
masuk dan keluar dari Malaysia hanya melalui pintu masuk udara yang dibenarkan seperti yang berikut:
(i)
U21A Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur, Sepang;
(v)
U29 Lapangan Terbang Kota Kinabalu, Sabah; atau
(e)
pelancong tidak dibenarkan memohon apa-apa pas lain yang dikeluarkan di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan Imigresen 1963 [L.N 228/1963];
(f)
pelancong hendaklah menaiki penerbangan terus dari Republik Rakyat
China ke Malaysia dan mempunyai tiket penerbangan balik; dan
(g)
pelancong hendaklah mengemukakan bukti wang poket yang mencukupi, kad kredit atau kad ATM dengan logo UnionPay dan jadual perjalanan semasa ketibaan.

PASSPORT (VISA TO TOURIST FROM THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA)
(EXEMPTION) ORDER 2015
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4 of the Passport Act [Act 150], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Passport (Visa to Tourist from the
People’s Republic of China) (Exemption) Order 2015.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 October 2015 until 31 March 2016.
Exemption 2.
The Minister exempts all tourists who are citizens of the People’s Republic of
China from the requirement of visa required under subsection 2(1) of the Act subject to the following conditions:
(a)
tourist shall be registered through the Group Tourist Registration System by a travel agency in the People’s Republic of China registered with the
Malaysian Mission Office in the People’s Republic of China;
(b)
tourist shall enter Malaysia with a tourist group which consist of not less than twenty persons and through a travel agency registered with the
Ministry of Tourism and Culture of Malaysia;
(c)
the period of Social Visit Pass shall only be limited to fifteen days for each entry without any extension of period;

(d)
enter and exit from Malaysia only through the authorized points of entry by air as follows:
(i)
U21A Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Sepang;
(v)
U29 Kota Kinabalu Airport, Sabah; or
(e)
tourist shall not be allowed to apply for any other passes issued under the
Immigration Regulations 1963 [L.N 228/1963];
(f)
tourist shall take direct flight from the People’s Republic of China to
Malaysia and have a return air ticket; and
(g)
tourist shall produce proof of sufficient pocket-money, credit card or
ATM card with the UnionPay logo and itinerary on arrival.
