Menteri mengecualikan pemegang Passport For Public Affairs yang merupakan warganegara Republik Rakyat China daripada keperluan visa yang dikehendaki di bawah subseksyen 2(1) Akta tertakluk kepada syarat yang berikut:

(a)

tempoh Pas Lawatan Sosial yang diberikan kepada pemegang Passport For

Public Affairs hanya terhad kepada tiga puluh hari bagi setiap kemasukan tanpa apa-apa pelanjutan tempoh;

pemegang Passport For Public Affairs tidak dibenarkan memohon apa-apa pas lain yang dikeluarkan di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan Imigresen 1963

PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA) (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2015

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Passports Act 1966 [Act 150], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Passports (Visa to the Holder of the

Passport For Public Affairs from People’s Republic of China) (Exemption)

Order 2015.

Order comes into operation on 1

December 2015

until 30 November 2016.

Exemption 2.

The Minister exempts the holder of the Passport For Public Affairs who is a citizen of the People’s Republic of China from the requirement of visa required under subsection 2(1) of the Act subject to the following conditions:

(a)

the period of Social Visit Pass granted to the holder of the Passport For

Public Affairs shall only be limited to thirty days for each entry without any extension of period;

the holder of the Passport For Public Affairs shall not be allowed to apply for any other passes issued under the Immigration Regulations 1963

(c)

the holder of the Passport For Public Affairs shall enter and exit from

Malaysia only through the authorized points of entry as gazetted under subsection 5(1) of the Immigration Act 1959/63 [Act 155].
