DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR OFFICERS (OATHS AND FEES) (FEES)
(NO. 3) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2015
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(1) of the Diplomatic and Consular
Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act 1959 [Act 348], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Officers
(Oaths and Fees) (Fees) (No. 3) (Amendment) Order 2015.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 15 January 2015.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Schedule to the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (No. 3) Order 1962
[F.L.N. 239/1962] is amended in paragraph A—
(a)
by substituting for items (i) and (ii) the following items:
“(i) Malaysia Passport (valid for 5
years) except for children of the age of 12 years and below and students of the age of 21 years and below studying abroad
RM200.00;
Malaysia Passport (valid for 5
years) for children of the age of 12 years and below and students of the age of 21 years and below studying abroad
RM100.00”; and
(b)
by deleting item (iii).
