- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 2(2) Akta Pemajuan Perumahan (Kawalan dan Pelesenan) 1966 [Akta 118], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Menteri mengecualikan pemaju perumahan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual yang merupakan pemegang lesen pemaju perumahan dan permit iklan dan jualan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual daripada pemakaian peruntukan kontrak seragam bagi jualan dan belian sebagaimana yang ditetapkan dalam peraturan 11 Peraturan-Peraturan Pemajuan Perumahan (Kawalan dan Pelesenan) 1989

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2(2) of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966 [Act 118], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2025. Exemption 2. The Minister exempts the housing developer specified in column (1) of the Schedule being the holder of the housing developer’s licence and advertisement and sale permit specified in column (2) of the Schedule from the application of provision of uniform contract for sale and purchase as prescribed in regulation 11 of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Regulations 1989 [P.U.
