Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 72 Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 (Akta 333), Majlis Perbandaran Teluk Intan dengan persetujuan Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Perintah Pengangkutan Jalan (Peruntukan Tempat Letak Kereta) (Majlis
Daerah Hilir Perak) 1997 [Pk.P.U. 43/1997] yang dalam perintah ini disebut sebagai "Perintah ibu" adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan 42 perenggan yang berikut:
Seksyen 42A
Apabila sesuatu benda atau lain-lain atau kenderaan motor dialihkan mengikut perenggan 40 atau perenggan 41 Majlis hendaklah seberapa segera yang boleh memberi notis pengalihan tersebut kepada tuan pemunya, jika nama dan alamat tuan pemunya tersebut diketahui.".
Perenggan Baru 43A
Seksyen 3
Perintah ibu adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan 43 dengan perenggan baru yang berikut:
Seksyen 43A
(a)
dengan menggunakan alat yang dianggap sesuai oleh
Majlis boleh menahan daripada bergerak sesebuah kenderaan yang melanggari perintah ini;
(b)
mengalih untuk ditahan kenderaan motor ini ke suatu tempat yang dianggap sesuai oleh Majlis.
(2)
Tiada sesiapa, kecuali dibenarkan oleh Majlis untuk demikian, boleh membuka atau merosakkan alat yang tersebut di subperenggan (1)(a).

"Kenderaan yang diletak-kan dengan cara melanggar
Perintah ini boleh ditahan daripada bergerak.

Sesebuah kenderaan motor yang telah ditahan daripada bergerak atau dialih mengikut peruntukan-peruntukan yang dinyatakan terdahulu di perenggan ini, tidak akan dilepaskan kepada pemandu atau sesiapa yang menguasainya sehingga dijelaskan kepada
Majlis bayaran sebanyak RM50.00 dan lain-lain bayaran yang telah ditanggungi oleh Majlis bersabit dengan penahanan atau pengalihan kenderaan seperti tersebut.
(4)
Majlis tidak akan bertanggungjawab di atas apa-apa kerosakan kepada sesebuah kenderaan motor yang ditahan daripada bergerak atau dialih seperti tersebut (sama ada kerosakan itu berlaku semasa atau selepas kenderaan motor itu ditahan daripada bergerak atau dialihkan).".

Preamble
- In exercise of the power conferred by section 72 of the Road Transport Act 1987 (Act 333), the Teluk Intan Municipal Council with the concurrence of the Minister makes the following order:: Citation and commencement

This order shall come into operation on a date it is published in the
Gazette.
New paragraph 42A

Council) Order 1997 [Pk.P.U. 43/1997] which in this order is referred to as the "principle Order" is amended by inserting after paragraph 42 the following paragraph:
Seksyen 42A
When an object or matter or a motor vehicle is removed pursuant to the provision of paragraph 40 or paragraph 41, the
Council shall as soon as may be practicable give notice of such removal to the owner thereof, if the name and address of such owner be known.".
New paragraph 43A
Seksyen 3
The principal order is amended by inserting after paragraph 43 the following paragraph 43A:
Seksyen 43A
(a)
by the use of such device as the Council thinks fit render immobile a motor vehicle parked in contravention of this order;
(b)
remove such vehicle to such place as the Council deems fit and there detained.
(2)
No person shall unless authorized by the Council in that behalf remove or otherwise tamper with the device mentioned in subparagraph (1)(a).
(3)
A motor vehicle rendered immobile or removed pursuant to the foregoing provisions of this paragraph shall not be released to the driver or other person in charge thereof until there has been paid to the Council a fee of RM50.00 and any costs incurred by the Council in rendering immobile or in removing the motor vehicle.

The Council shall not be liable for any damage caused to a vehicle rendered immobile or removed as aforesaid (whether such damage occurs during or after the vehicle is so rendered immobile or removed).".

Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11 dan 13 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta, maka kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Hutan Simpan Korbu yang disiarkan melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 3184 bertarikh 9 Mei 1930 hendaklah terhenti menjadi sebahagian daripada Hutan Simpan Kekal itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11 and 13 of the National
Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313], the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Korbu Forest Reserve published vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 3184 dated 9 May 1930 shall cease to be part of the Permanent Reserved Forest.
