Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Medical Act 1971 [Act 50], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Medical (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 4) Order 2022. Amendment of Second Schedule 2. The Medical Act 1971 is amended in the Second Schedule, in relation to the country of “Jordan”, by substituting for the particulars relating to the item “Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), Irbid” the following particulars: Description of qualification “Bachelor Degree in Medicine and Surgery (recognized on 26 July 1996) Bachelor Degree in Doctor of Medicine (recognized on 5 March 2020)”.
