Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 59 Akta Racun Makhluk Perosak 1974 [Akta 149], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Tertakluk kepada perenggan 3, Menteri mengecualikan syarikat sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual daripada larangan di bawah perenggan 13(1)(b) Akta bagi maksud mengilang racun makhluk perosak dan kehendak di bawah perenggan 15(2)(a) Akta bagi maksud permohonan lesen untuk mengilang racun makhluk perosak.

Syarat pengecualian
Pengecualian di bawah perenggan 2 adalah tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa racun makhluk perosak itu hendaklah dikilangkan di bawah suatu perjanjian bagi orang yang mendaftar racun makhluk perosak itu.

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Pesticides Act 1974 [Act 149], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
Seksyen 2
Subject to paragraph 3, the Minister exempts companies as specified in the
Schedule from the prohibition under paragraph 13(1)(b) of the Act for the purpose of manufacturing a pesticide and the requirement under paragraph 15(2)(a) of the Act for the purpose of application for a license to manufacture a pesticide.
Condition of exemption 3.
The exemption under paragraph 2 is subject to the condition that the pesticide shall be manufactured under an agreement for the registrant of the pesticide.
