Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Pesticides Act 1974 [Act 149], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 1 June 2016.
Revocation 2.
The Pesticides (Exemption) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 236/1989] is revoked.
