  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 617 of the Companies Act 2016 [Act 777], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Companies (Amendment of Fourth

Schedule) Order 2022.

This Order comes into operation on 1 August 2022.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule 2.

The Companies Act 2016 is amended in the Fourth Schedule by substituting for paragraph 6 the following paragraph:

“6.
