- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 20 Akta Tenaga Boleh Baharu 2011 [Akta 725], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Pindaan perenggan 2
Perintah Tenaga Boleh Baharu (Fi Pentadbiran) 2011 [P.U. (A) 389/2011], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam perenggan 2—
(a)
dalam subperenggan (1), dengan menggantikan perkataan “dua peratus”
dengan perkataan “tiga peratus”; dan
(b)
dalam subperenggan (2), dengan menggantikan perkataan “tiga peratus”
dengan perkataan “lima peratus”.

RENEWABLE ENERGY (ADMINISTRATIVE FEES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Renewable Energy Act 2011 [Act 725], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Renewable Energy (Administrative Fees)
(Amendment) Order 2025.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2026.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The Renewable Energy (Administrative Fees) Order 2011 [P.U. (A) 389/2011], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in paragraph 2—
(a)
in subparagraph (1), by substituting for the words “two per centum”
the words “three per centum”; and
(b)
in subparagraph (2), by substituting for the words “three per centum”
the words “five per centum”.
Amendment of paragraph 4 3.
The principal Order is amended in subparagraph 4(1)—
(a)
in subsubparagraph (a), by substituting for the words “two per centum”
the words “three per centum”; and
(b)
in subsubparagraph (b), by substituting for the words “three per centum”
the words “five per centum”.
