Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Renewable Energy Act 2011 [Act 725], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Renewable Energy (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2022. Amendment of Schedule 2. The Renewable Energy Act 2011 is amended in the Schedule—
(a)
in relation to renewable resource of biogas, in the second column, in item (a), by substituting for the words “5 megawatts” the words
“30 megawatts”;
(b)
in relation to renewable resource of biomass, by substituting for item (a) and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
