berhubung dengan subbutiran (i), dengan menggantikan perkataan
“16 tahun” dengan perkataan “21 tahun”;
(b)
berhubung dengan subbutiran (ii), dengan menggantikan perkataan
“16 tahun” dengan perkataan “21 tahun”; dan
(c)
berhubung dengan subbutiran (iii), dengan menggantikan perkataan

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Renewable Energy Act 2011 [Act 725], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the
Renewable
Energy
(Amendment of Schedule) Order 2025.
(2)
This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 28 January 2019.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Schedule to the Renewable Energy Act 2011 is amended in relation to the renewable resource Biogas, in relation to item (b), in the Fourth Column—
(a)
in relation to subitem (i), by substituting for the words “16 years”
the words “21 years”;
(b)
in relation to subitem (ii), by substituting for the words “16 years”
the words “21 years”; and
(c)
in relation to subitem (iii), by substituting for the words “16 years”
the words “21 years”.
