Akta berhubung dengan seseorang yang diambil kerja untuk suatu kontrak perkhidmatan bertempoh tetap yang melebihi dua puluh empat bulan bagi jawatan Naib Presiden, Naib Presiden Kanan,
Naib Presiden Eksekutif, Presiden dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan.

MINIMUM RETIREMENT AGE (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2015
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012 [Act 753], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 1 July 2013.
Exemption 2.
The Minister exempts Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) with the registration number 20076-K from all provisions of the Act in relation to a person who is employed on a fixed term contract of service which is more than twenty-four months for the position of Vice President, Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President,
President and Group Chief Executive Officer.
