Section 49

A certificate of appointment in such form as may be prescribed by

Police Regulations, signed by a senior police officer not below the rank of Assistant Superintendent authorized in that behalf by a

Commanding Officer, shall be issued to every auxiliary police officer and shall be evidence of his appointment under this Act.
